Got my nails done at Magical Nails and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was super welcoming, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend. I arrived for a pedicure and was told to sit, that there will be a little wait. 1 hour later I’m still waiting and other walk ins are being taken before me. When I ask how much longer my wait will be they all looked shocked like they forgot about me, one tech said sorry I didn’t realize you were waiting & told me it would be another 20-30 mins. I calmly gatherer my things and walked out. All employees stayed silent and ignored me as I left.
I went in for a fill and can’t believe this is what I paid for nail polish coming off the pinky nail, you can see where she cut from the previous set that I had on then and my nails are also falling off so I called the manager so I can set up an appointment with someone new so they can fix my nails and she had a very unfriendly attitude being that I was going to repay for a another set
